Financial Aid and Tuition

STUDENT FINANCIAL AID 

Selma University offers the following types of student financial aid to those students who qualify:

Federal Pell Grant
Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (FSEOG)
The Alabama College Loan Program (FFELP)
V.A. Benefits
Institutional Scholarships
Association Scholarships
Church Scholarships

  • All students are encouraged to complete the 2009-2010 FAFSA on web @ www.fafsa.ed.gov .
  • For students applying for a student loan, please visit the Alabama College Loan website @ www.kheaa.com

  • FORMS NEEDED - Signed and completed copy of parent(s), spouse and student's Current Tax Return forms and W2's (IRS Form 1040, 1040A, or 1040EZ).
  • Copy of Social Security Card or Driver License.

TUITION

•  Associate of Arts or Bachelor of Arts degree program,

(1-11 hours) tuition is $175.00 per credit hour
(12-18 hours) tuition is $150.00 per credit hour
(19+ hours) tuition is $150.00 per credit hour.

•  Master of Arts degree , tuition is $175.00 per credit hour.
